Department of Education
In 2001, ROH was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the U. S. Department of Education and assumed responsibility for operating and maintaining the Intranet site, FSANet, for the Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA). This work has lead to the award of various tasks and orders relating to website maintenance, content management, and website redesign within FSA.
In addition to the web-oriented tasks, the ROH IT organization staffs a Siebel Software and Oracle Database Administration team that supports FSA's Ombudsman Case Tracking System. We also created and maintain a desktop software application that schedules user designated start times and controls the time duration of presentations, cable station programming and web accessible presentations appearing on the monitor in the lobby of the offices of DoEd FSA.
As continuing education is an important part of the ROH philosophy, we are proud to be involved with the Department of Education and with helping them achieve their mission of putting America through school.
